If you are a board member who has just been notified that you need to sign the report, you will need to go through a few steps. There is a difference between whether you are already set up and have previously helped with reporting, or if this is your first time with Unioo.

The 9 steps

Here is a guide with 9 steps to help you through what you need to do:

1. Create your user via the invitation link by following the instructions in the system. If you already have a user, just log in. Read the guide for this here.

2. Find the report once you are logged in. Read the guide for this here.

3. You now need to go through the section called "On your behalf." First, confirm your identity with MitID. Once you have done this, the checklist with items you need to complete will be unlocked. Some items may be pre-filled based on your identity verification, and some may be filled in if you have reported previously.

4. Complete the first step of the report regarding your basic information. Read the guide here.

5. Upload identification (click on "Identification"). Here is the guide on how to do this.

Here is some information about which types of identification you can use.

6. Complete the section "Politically exposed." This is quite quick, as most people are not politically exposed. Here is a guide.

7. Finally, click on "Approve" and fill out what is requested. This often involves marketing consent and approval of powers of attorney.

8. Approve the report (last item under "On your behalf"). You will be taken to a page where you can approve the report. You need to open all four documents and approve them. Check that everything is correct so you don’t sign something incorrect.

9. Sign with MitID. Here is a guide for signing correctly with MitID.

After signing, you’re done. Thank you for contributing to the community in the fight against financial crime.
