When creating your user profile through the invitation link, you might encounter this message:
If this happens, it’s due to one of the following reasons:
You have already created a user profile on Unioo in connection with this or another association.
Someone else is using your email address on Unioo – for example, your spouse.
Personal user
Each person should only have one profile on Unioo. This user profile is where you access all your associations. You only need one login. So if you encounter the message above, simply enter your password and log in.
Can you share an email address?
You cannot share an email address on Unioo. If your spouse is already using your shared email for their personal user profile, you will need to create your own email or use a fictional email address. Read more here.
Change email address
If you want to change the email address you use on Unioo, you can do this under "Your Profile" when logged into your board portal.
