Here are six possible solutions to login issues:
Email address already in use (during registration): If you receive a message that your email is already in use, it may be because you previously registered with another association. Log in using the same email and password you originally signed up with. Read more about logging in here.
Forgotten password: If you don’t remember creating a password, read this article for help.
Incorrect email: Your email may have been entered incorrectly. Contact a board member to check. Try logging in with the incorrect email that was registered and correct it in your profile settings once logged in. If you forgot your password and the wrong email is registered, contact Unioo support.
Not receiving emails: If you’re trying to reset your password but don’t receive an email, try searching for "Unioo" in your email’s search bar. This might help locate it if it was sorted into a hidden folder. If you still don’t receive anything, your email may not be registered in Unioo—either you haven’t signed up yet, or you used a different email address.
Link or website login: If you followed an invitation link, try logging in directly from the Unioo homepage at www.unioo.io. The login button is in the top-right corner. Read more here. Invitation links expire once registration is completed.
