How to start a new report

Every time changes are made to the board that the financial institution needs to know about, a report must be submitted.

Most changes occur during the board’s general meeting, where a report must be made anyway, and our system, Unioo, automatically initiates this process.

However, if changes need to be made during the year—such as holding an extraordinary general meeting or if a board member needs to resign or be added—an additional report must be submitted.

You can start this process yourself by going to "Report" in the menu on the left and then clicking "Start report." After this, you make the changes and all members sign the report.

This applies only if you have a financial institution linked to your account. You’re free to do as you please if you use Unioo without involving the financial institution.

Read this article if a board member cannot serve on the board temporarily or permanently due to death, illness, or another urgent reason.
