Everything in its time – things must be done in the correct order. When new board members are added, all the existing board members must first approve their registration by signing with their MitID before the new members receive their invitation via SMS and email.

This is done so that all current board members have the opportunity to be part of the decision-making process, ensuring that it is not just the reporters who have the power to invite new members. You can say this is simply a democratic process.

The same applies when members need to resign. Those being removed will not be resigned until all board members have signed with their MitID. Those resigning do not need to sign themselves. You cannot remove yourself.
