Have you lost your invitation link or never received it?

If your association needs to connect to Unioo for reporting to your financial institution, you and/or the association must register via the unique link sent to you. If you can’t find the link, try the following:

  1. If you’ve just received a notification, the link might still be on its way. Please wait.

  2. Check your spam folder and other email categories (Spam, Junk, Promotions, Unwanted, Social Networks, etc.).

  3. Search your email inbox for "Unioo" using the search bar.

  4. Use the link in the SMS instead. It’s the same link. You can complete the process on your phone, or if you prefer to use a computer, forward the link from the SMS to your email or manually enter the link into your browser’s address bar.

  5. Your email address might have been entered incorrectly in the system. If you are responsible for reporting, call your financial institution and ask them to check and correct it. If you are not responsible for reporting, contact one of the existing board members and ask them to update your contact details.

  6. If you have already followed the link and registered yourself or the association in Unioo, simply log in—you don’t need the link again.

  7. If the association has not yet been registered and none of the above steps worked, contact your financial institution to request a new invitation link.
