Once the submitter and any other required members have approved and signed the submission, but one or more members have not yet registered, those who have registered and signed can update contact details, such as an email address, if incorrect information was discovered.
Go to "Submission" in the menu on your user profile. Here, you’ll see that you have signed. Click "View status":
This opens an overview showing which board members have signed, who is still missing, and who has not yet registered. Next to the members who have not registered yet, there is a small "Edit" button:
Clicking this opens a window where you can update the board member’s contact information:
Once the details are updated, a new invitation is automatically sent to the member. If there is an old board, the person will not be notified until all previous board members have signed.
