Creation and signature
Deputies are not required to sign the report. It is optional for a deputy to create a user profile and participate in the board in Unioo. Similarly, it is optional for the association to include deputies in the report and invite them to create a profile.
Clear communication
Rules, expectations, or guidance for deputies may be outlined in the association's bylaws to ensure deputies are clear about their responsibilities, such as staying updated on what is happening in Unioo.
Assumption of duties
When a deputy temporarily steps in, a new report must be initiated if they are to be granted authorizations for the financial institution. If no authorizations are required and the deputy is stepping in for a temporary period, they do not need to be included in the Unioo report.
If the deputy assumes the role permanently, they must be added to the report. If the assumption of duties occurs close to a general meeting, the deputy can simply be included in the report that will be initiated after the meeting. If there is no upcoming general meeting, the board must create a new report.
