1. Start by choosing whether you want to upload your ID via our encrypted SMS link or upload the images from your computer.

2. If you’re using the SMS link, begin by clicking the “Send SMS link” button. If you don’t receive the link, you can check whether the correct phone number is listed under your settings in Unioo.

3. You will then receive an SMS from us containing the link you need to access.

Once the link is open, start by clicking either “Confirm identity” or “Confirm address.”

4. To confirm your identity, you’ll need either a driver’s license or a passport. To confirm your address, use your health card.

5. After choosing the ID, you’ll then be asked to select the type.

6. Once you’ve selected the type, you’ll need to allow Unioo to use your camera. The camera will then open automatically.

7. When the camera is open, place the card within the frame and press “Take photo.”

8. After pressing “Take photo,” you’ll be taken to a page where you can optionally crop the image. This is helpful if the entire card isn’t visible in the photo or if the image needs to be rotated. If your image already fits perfectly in the frame, you can skip this step.

9. To crop the image, drag the dotted frame. To rotate the image, click one of the two circular arrows located to the right and left of the “Done” button. When the image fits the frame, click “Done.”

10. After clicking “Done,” you’ll be asked to confirm the image if the entire card and all the information are visible.

11. Finally, you’ll see a preview of your image. On this page, simply click “Next.” The image is now registered.
