In the reporting process, we ask for various documents to be uploaded and information to be entered. It’s a good idea to have the following ready:
Full names, email addresses, and phone numbers of all board members, as well as any external individuals (e.g., chairperson and treasurer, if they are not also board members).
The association’s bylaws.
Minutes from the latest general meeting.
The most recent annual financial statement.
Your own identification.
Information about the association, especially regarding its scope of activities. This data can usually be found in the financial statement and bylaws.
Ensure that the association’s information is up to date with the Danish Business Authority. Go to virk.dk to check this.
Your own MitID.
The bylaws, minutes, and financial statement must be scanned and ready for upload as PDF files – one file per upload.
If everything is prepared in advance, the reporting process will be faster.
