Agree within the board on who will handle the submission. It can change from year to year. This means that just because someone handled the submission one year doesn’t mean they will automatically have to do it the following year. Discuss who should take responsibility for it.
Here’s how it works practically for the first and subsequent years:
First submission:
The financial institution sends an email with an invitation to register the association in Unioo and submit the report to the person listed as the association's representative with the bank. However, it can be any board director who handles the submission. If the email is not received by the person who will be handling the submission, it can be forwarded to the person responsible.
If one person has registered the association but wishes to pass the responsibility for the submission to someone else, the submission can be transferred to another person.
All subsequent submissions AFTER the first year:
All board directors will receive a notification that a submission needs to be made. Anyone can click "Start submission" in the email or from their profile in Unioo under "Submission." The person who clicks the button becomes the submitter.
