Who can be the submitter?
There is always one member of the board who must take overall responsibility for the submission. This is often the chairperson or the treasurer, but it can also be any regular member. Once the submission is completed, the submitter is finished with their role as submitter. Next year, a different submitter can be chosen if necessary.
What is the submitter’s responsibility?
The submitter is the person responsible for uploading all documents for the submission (articles of association, minutes, financial statements, etc.) and ensuring that all the checkmarks in the system turn green. Only when the submitter has submitted everything and signed can the rest of the board begin their part (entering basic information, submitting identification, and approving everything with MitID).
Remember, the submission must be completed with a signature via MitID (it is not enough just to register and upload documents).
