What is the responsibility of the reporter?

The submitter is the person responsible for uploading all documents and registering the board directors, among other tasks related to the reporting. This includes the following:

  • Registering "Persons," which includes all board directors

  • Business volume (information about the association’s finances)

  • Minutes from the general assembly

  • Articles of association

  • Financial statement

Additionally, the reporter must enter data and upload documents about themselves. This includes:

  • Basic information

  • Identification

  • Politically exposed status

The submitter must ensure that all checkmarks in the system turn green. Only when the reporter has submitted everything and signed can the rest of the board start their part (entering basic information, submitting identification, and approving everything with MitID). Remember that the reporting must be completed with a signature via MitID (it is not enough just to register and upload documents).

The Goal

Once all the information and documents have been provided and everything is in order, a green checkmark will appear next to each item. As the submitter, you have completed your task when you have green checkmarks all the way down. Then, all that’s left is to approve and sign with your MitID.
