Unioo helps associations across Denmark collect the mandatory data for financial institutions. We do this to make it easier, faster, and more secure for the boards that need to provide all this data. At the same time, we save financial institutions from a lot of manual work, which ultimately helps associations save money.
Unioo helps associations with reporting
Unioo is solely responsible for collecting data for the associations, ensuring that the correct type and scope of data is sent to the financial institutions. We do not decide what kind of data should be reported. We neither can nor should make that decision. It is up to each financial institution, which has created its requirements based on existing legislation. Therefore, the data required by the financial institution is something the association cannot avoid providing if it wants an association account with that particular institution. Our goal is simply to make the entire collection process easier and more secure.
100% secure
We have designed the system to ensure that data collection is 100% secure, so that associations avoid the risk of sending their data via email. In addition, board members are relieved from having to sign manually and scan or physically go to the financial institution with an envelope full of sensitive data. In our system, we are very clear about what we need and how far the reporter is in the reporting process. This clarity ensures that we don't collect unnecessary data and that the data we do collect meets the required quality. In this way, the financial institution does not risk receiving a report with unclear images of identification or outdated financial statements, etc. They only receive what they need – neither more nor less.
Unioo is not part of the financial institution
Unioo is not part of your financial institution. We are an external company that your financial institution has chosen to collaborate with. Unioo has no access to the association’s accounts and has no responsibility or influence over them. We cannot act on behalf of the financial institution and are in no way involved in deciding how the financial institution handles the association’s accounts or what the association pays to the financial institution. We have no say in what data we should help the associations collect.
We are simply a company founded with the aim of making it easier to be a volunteer on boards in Denmark. That is why we have set out to help associations with their reporting.
