Can’t you just reuse the data we’ve already provided to one financial institution?

If your association is a customer of more than one financial institution, these institutions are not connected. Financial institutions do not share customer data with other institutions.

When the financial institutions use Unioo to collect the required data through reporting, the same applies. We cannot take the data your association has provided to one financial institution and transfer it to another report for a different institution. That would be irresponsible and illegal sharing of confidential data, which would compromise data security and the confidentiality that both Unioo and all Danish financial institutions highly value and work with. If we shared associations' data across institutions, the entire foundation of Unioo's existence would disappear.

Furthermore, the data requested may differ from one financial institution to another. The questions in the business scope, for example, are written by each individual financial institution, as it is up to each institution to interpret and comply with the legislation.

So, while it would be very convenient, it’s not possible, either in terms of security or in terms of completing the report.
