Can't the bank just forward the data and documents to Unioo?

Your association has already sent a lot of data and documents to the bank, so can't they just pass them on to us?

The short answer is no.

Banks are not allowed to share data and documents about their customers with us or other third parties. Not even if you give them permission.

It is the association itself that must provide all the information and upload all the data for the reporting inside Unioo.

This also applies to the fact that we cannot give the data we are collecting about an association for one bank to another bank, even in cases where the association is a customer of several banks and the reporting is taking place in Unioo. This would be illegal data processing.

Remember, it's only the first year that EVERYTHING must be provided and uploaded. For all future years, only changes and, of course, new minutes and new financial statements need to be submitted.

Remember to ask for help if you have problems. Either from other board members, from friends, or from family members.
