It may be necessary to stop a report if changes need to be made mid-process after the original submitter has already signed. Follow these steps:

1. Find the report

Go to the "Reporting" section. Here, you will see that you have already signed the report.

2. View the report

At the bottom, in a white bar, you will find the option "View report." Click on it to access the reporting page.

3. Stop the report

At the top right of the reporting page, click "Stop report."

What happens next?

When you stop the report, all sections will reopen, showing either red exclamation marks or green checkmarks. You can now make changes and sign again.

Stopping the report does not delete anything—don’t worry. The only thing lost is the signatures of those who had already signed.

Want to close the association?

If you want to stop the reporting process entirely because the association is being dissolved, you will need to contact your financial institution.
