Change the reporter
The current reporter must transfer the reporting role to the new reporter.
To transfer the reporting responsibility:
- Go to "Reporting" in the left-hand menu. 
- At the top right, above the reporting checklist, click the gray button labeled "Cancel/Transfer reporting". 
- You will now see two options. Click the blue button on the left labeled "Transfer reporting". 
- If this is a new association or the first time you are reporting, you will be prompted to enter the name, email, and phone number of the new reporter. - If the association has reported before (and is already registered), you can select the new reporter from the list of existing board members. 
- Click "Transfer reporting" once you have selected the new reporter. 
- The new reporter will then receive an SMS and an email with a link to follow. 
That’s it—the transfer is now complete.
