You were supposed to receive an email but can’t find it in your email program. Try the following steps:
1. Use the search bar at the top of your email program
Try searching for "Unioo." Here’s an example of how to search in Gmail:
2. Check your other folders
Besides "Inbox" and "Spam," your email program may have other sorting categories, such as "Promotions," "Social Networks," or "Other." Check these folders or simply open the "All Mail" folder, which contains all received emails. See here for instructions on where to find these folders in Gmail:
3. Contact the board or Unioo
If you still can’t find an email from us, consider reaching out to someone on the board (the report submitter is the best option). They can log into Unioo and check whether the correct email address is registered. If this is your first invitation to Unioo, the report submitter can update your contact details and send a new invitation.
If you are already registered, only you can change your email address. In that case, you are welcome to contact customer service, and we will help you find a solution to the issue with your email address.
