...you can do everything from your smartphone. If you are the reporter (the one who needs to upload files, etc.), you can download the relevant files to your smartphone and upload them from there. You can also borrow a computer from your local library or ask a friend/family member to lend you one.
If you don’t have a smartphone but have a computer...
...you can complete the entire submission in your browser on the computer. When it’s time to sign with your MitID, you’ll use your MitID the same way you’re used to. If you are exempt from using MitID, you can contact our customer service for assistance.
If you have neither a smartphone nor a computer...
...you might be able to get help from other board members or from family or friends. If they have a smartphone or computer, you can forward your invitation link or SMS to them. This link is your personal link, so you can access it from someone else’s phone or computer. You can also consider borrowing a computer from your local library.
Pass the baton
If you are the reporter and feel that the task is overwhelming because you don’t have access to a smartphone or computer, one solution is to have someone else from the board take over as the reporter on your behalf. Since the submission is digital, it cannot be done offline.
