If you’ve received a message from Unioo addressed to someone else, if another person has confirmed themselves as you, or if you suspect someone has accessed your account, you can read more here.

It should be emphasized that one can only access your account if they have logged in with your email address and password. If someone else has accessed your account, it can only be because:

  1. You used a computer and didn’t log out, allowing another person to access it afterward, for example, a public library computer.

  2. You’ve shared your login details with others, for example, when you received help.

  3. Your account was confused with someone else's account when helping other board members.

  4. Your computer has spyware, allowing someone to access your account without permission.

If you still feel insecure, feel free to contact us at Unioo via customer service at [email protected] or by phone at 5555 6610.
