Once the reporter has completed the entire report and signed it, they will have the option to send a message to the other board members, informing them that they will soon be invited to report their part. Ten minutes after the reporter has signed, automated SMS and email messages will be sent to all the other board members.
These messages contain a link that they need to follow. Here, they will be invited to create an account in the system and complete their part of the report. Their part consists of the following steps:
Confirm identity with MitID
Enter/check basic information
Upload identification
Answer whether they are politically exposed
Approve
Sign
The first to be invited are the former board members. Once they have finished signing, the new board members will be invited. If the association is newly established, all board members will be invited at the same time.
Recently resigned board members do not need to sign, as their vote became invalid for association purposes the moment it was decided that they would be resigned.
Submitting the Report
Once the last board member has signed, the entire report is sent to the association’s financial institution for review. Typically, it takes up to 20 days for the report to be approved (or rejected).
REMINDER: Once the reporter and/or other board members have signed the report, no changes can be made. If you open it to make changes, the previous signatures will disappear, as the changes made will require new signatures.
