Once you, as the reporter, have completed the entire submission and signed it with MitID, it will take 10 minutes before the members are automatically invited into the system. During these 10 minutes, you have the opportunity to send a message to the members. This option will automatically open up once you have signed. We have provided a message for you, but you can rewrite it if you prefer to send something else. By default, the message is set as an SMS, but you also have the option to send it via email.

Additionally, the 10 minutes also allow you time to reconsider and reopen the submission if you remember something that was done incorrectly and needs to be changed. REMEMBER: Your signature will be canceled if you reopen the submission, as you are opening it to make changes that need to be signed.

Board members will be invited to the system via email and SMS with a link they need to follow. The members will first receive the message from you and then our automated message.
