One user β multiple associations
In Unioo, your user account is personal and linked to you as an individual. If you are involved in multiple associations, you must access all of them from the same profile.
Use a private email address
Since your email serves as your username, you must use a personal email address or one that is not tied to a specific association.
Keep association work separate from your private life
If you prefer to keep your association work separate from your personal email, we recommend creating a dedicated association email that you use for all your associations. For example, you could set up a Gmail address like "[email protected]" or "[email protected]".
Can you share an email?
In Unioo, email addresses cannot be shared, for example, between spouses. If both of you are involved in associations, you must each have your own email address. If one of you has an alternative email address, consider using that.
If neither of you has a separate email and you do not wish to create a new one, one of you must register with a "fictitious email address." This functions as if you were registered without an email, as you will receive notifications via SMS instead.
The fictitious email address should follow this format: your phone number + "@unioo.io".
Example: [email protected]
