When creating an account in Unioo, there’s no need to create a separate username. You can simply use your email address (and password) to log in, as if it were a username. You log in with your email address and your chosen password.
Your password must:
be at least 8 characters long
include at least one number
include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
Here’s an example of a valid password: Jus8perLis
We recommend not using the same password across multiple platforms.
Multiple accounts
It is not possible to "share" an email address with another person. If multiple family members need to use the system, each person will need to create their own email address.
It is free to create an email address with providers like Hotmail or Gmail, and there are several other free email providers available. After creating a new email address, you can set up "forwarding" in the email settings so that you only need to check one email address.
Multiple associations
If you are on the board of multiple associations, you can access them without any issues. By registering with the same email address, you can easily switch between associations in the menu. This is only possible if you use the same email address.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page and create a new one. But first, check the following:
Make sure you have distinguished between uppercase and lowercase letters.
Ensure that Caps Lock is not accidentally enabled. When Caps Lock is on, your keyboard will type uppercase letters by default. Caps Lock is a key on the left side of your keyboard (often the third from the bottom). It may be labeled "Caps Lock," or it could have an arrow with a square underneath. On some computers, it lights up when enabled. On others, you may need to test by typing something elsewhere, like in a Word document. You can toggle it on and off by pressing the key.
Remember that your password must be at least 8 characters long and include both numbers and uppercase and lowercase letters.
Ensure that the email address you are using to log in is correct and has been typed accurately.
Do you want to change your password?
If you want to change your password, you can do so from your account once you are logged in. Go to "Settings" in the blue menu on the left and click on your profile. Your user information, including contact details, will appear on the right. At the bottom, you will see a blue button labeled "Edit Profile." Click on it.
Scroll down to "Password" and enter your new password in the two fields. Remember, your new password must meet the security requirements mentioned above.
