When you've scanned your document onto your computer, the file size can become very large—too large for our system to handle.

You can compress your file using an online compression tool, such as "PDF Resizer." Go to the "Resize PDF" section, upload your file, and select a new size (e.g., 150dpi).

Please note that compressing your file reduces its resolution. If you choose a size that is too small, the file may become unclear.
