An association can refund a payment up to 30 days after the transaction was made. Follow these steps to process a refund:
1. Go to the Members section under the association and select the relevant member.
2. Click on "Payments" at the top of the member’s page.
3. Select the payment in question and then click "Refund invoice".

When will the money be refunded?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 days, meaning it can take up to 10 days for the funds to appear in the cardholder’s bank account. In some cases, processing may take up to 30 days.
