With just a small effort, you can achieve a more effective board by preparing your meetings in Unioo. Keep everything about your meetings in one place. It becomes easier to find information from both past and future meetings.
You can always edit a meeting regarding time, location, and participants—even after you’ve created the meeting and agenda items.
Here’s how:

1. First, create a new meeting by clicking on the round blue icon with a "+".
2. Next, name the meeting and specify the time, location, and which board members to invite later.
3. Then, create agenda items.
4. Optionally, add details to each agenda item, such as descriptions, responsible person, time, etc., by clicking on the item.
5. Finally, invite participants. IMPORTANT: You don’t need to invite participants immediately. You can do this when you’ve finalized your agenda. Go to the meeting overview and invite participants when you’re ready.
