Once you’ve created a meeting and your agenda is ready, you can invite participants. Your agenda will then be sent out, and the board members can respond to let you know whether they will attend the meeting.
You can easily keep track of who will be attending the meeting, and the invitees have a better chance to prepare in advance.
It’s simple to assign items to a participant, describe a point on the agenda, and attach a file.
In the meeting overview, click on the desired meeting and then click "Invite Participants" once your agenda is ready.
