Active

A member marked as "Active" is a currently paying member.

Pending

When a member's status is "Pending," it means they have not yet created an account in Unioo. They need to follow the link sent to them via email and SMS when your association invited them.

Internal

"Internal" means the member has been added to the system but is not linked to a membership fee. This is for internal use only—the member is not notified.

Outstanding

If a member is marked as "Outstanding," it means they have received an invoice but have not yet paid it. This means they have created an account in the system but still need to link a payment method.

If the payment appears to have gone through in their online banking but is not yet marked as paid in Unioo, wait a few days to see if the status updates. In most cases, the delay is simply due to processing time.

Withdrawn

"Withdrawn" means the member has left the association and is no longer linked to a subscription. If a withdrawn member still has outstanding payments, they may still appear as "Outstanding."

Error

An "Error" status appears when an issue has occurred with the member's registration or payment.
