The association can refund the amount within 30 days of the member’s transaction. Here’s how:
1. Find the member on the membership page under the association and click on their profile.
2. Click on "Payments" at the top of the member's page.
3. Select the relevant payment and click the "Refund invoice" button.

When will the money be refunded?
A refund is typically processed within 10 days, meaning it can take up to 10 days for the funds to appear in the cardholder’s bank account. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 days.
