If a member has received a link to sign up as a member but is unable to make the payment, check the following:

  1. Have they created their account? This is the first step. You cannot make a payment if you haven’t created an account.

  2. If the member receives a message that their email is already in use when logging in, it might be because they have previously registered in our system. In this case, they just need to log in with their original login details (email and password) – they should not create a new account.

  3. Is the invitation link not working? Try using a different computer/phone or try a different browser. You can read more about solutions to technical problems here.
