2. How does it work?

Unioo's ticketing system is a user-friendly solution that allows you to sell tickets online and receive payments via credit cards or MobilePay. Participants can easily access their tickets via SMS and pay securely online. When the event takes place, the tickets can be easily scanned at the entrance using a smartphone or iPhone. Remember, you need to set up a payment agreement in order to sell tickets.

3. How can the ticket be designed?

You have full control over the ticket design. You can add the event name, registration deadline, description, and images that match your association and event. You can also specify a location for the event and choose between different ticket types with different prices and quantities. There is even an option to charge VAT if applicable.

10. When will I receive payment for sold tickets?

It takes three days after your event for Unioo to receive the final payment from your event. We will transfer the money for sold tickets to your association on the following Thursday (it will reach your account a few days later). This ensures regular and reliable funding for your event.

11. Is it possible to request early release of funds before the event?

It is possible to request an early release of funds. In this case, the money will be scheduled for payout every Thursday, if approved. If you would like an application form, please contact our customer service.
