Unioo offers a solid ticketing solution for events once an organization has been registered in Unioo. This article provides an introduction to what we offer.
What types of events can it be used for?
Unioo's ticketing system is designed for events that require ticket sales, such as concerts, communal dining, art exhibitions, knitting nights, lectures, parties, sports events, and more.
How does it work?
Sell tickets online, receive payments via credit card, and scan tickets at the entrance using a smartphone or iPhone. This provides the organization with a clear overview of attendees and ticket sales. Participants receive tickets via SMS and can securely pay with a credit card or MobilePay.
Note: The organization must set up a payment agreement to sell tickets.
Ticket design
There are many customization options for individual tickets:
Assign an event name, registration deadline, and description.
Upload an event image that fits the organization and occasion.
Set a location for the event, or specify if it's online in the description.
Choose between an "Unlimited" number of tickets or set a maximum.
Create different ticket types with varying prices, such as "Adult Ticket," "Child Ticket," and "Senior Ticket." You can also define ticket limits per person.
Decide whether VAT should be applied.
Assign ticket inspectors.
Getting started
Get started without any commitments by experimenting with ticket creation and design to match your event. Tickets only become active once you click "Activate."
Pricing
Unioo does not require expensive payment agreements or subscriptions—costs are purely fee-based.
Transaction fee (processing fee):
A transaction fee applies to the organization, which is unavoidable in any online payment system. This fee ensures payment security. The amount varies based on the customer's payment card. Clearhouse charges 1.25% for Visa, Visa/Dankort, and Mastercard, plus a fixed 52 øre fee for transactions and 3-D Secure. For Dankort, NETS charges a 0.32% fee, with no additional transaction or 3-D Secure fees.
Administration fee:
A DKK 8.00 fee is always added to the ticket price, paid by the customer. For example, if a ticket costs DKK 150, the total amount the customer pays will be DKK 158. This fee can be factored into the ticket price.
