Affordable for associations
Unioo has chosen a pricing model that minimizes the financial burden on associations. As an association, you do not need to set up or pay for a payment agreement with NETS/Clearhouse (or similar), nor do you have to cover the monthly subscription for a so-called payment gateway (for card payments).
A small fee for members
Instead of costly payment agreements, you set up a payment agreement with Unioo. Unioo applies a small fee, which the member pays. The fee varies depending on how often membership fees are processed each year. For tickets, there is only a single fee, regardless of the amount.
Association’s cost: Processing fee
For all payments, Clearhaus takes a small cut. As a baseline, Clearhaus charges 1.25% for Visa, Visa/Dankort, and Mastercard. Additionally, there is a total transaction fee of DKK 0.52 (flat) and a 3-D Secure fee (only for amounts of DKK 225 or more).
For Dankort, NETS charges a 0.32% fee (with no transaction or 3-D Secure fees). The system will generally attempt to process payments using the cheapest available option. If it is a Visa/Dankort, the system will try to apply the lowest fee (Dankort) rather than the higher one (Visa). However, this cannot be guaranteed.
The processing fee is the only cost the association incurs for membership fee processing and is calculated based on the total amount the buyer pays (ticket/membership fee price + administration fees).

Buyer’s cost: Administration fees
These are the fees paid by the buyer of a membership or ticket.
Membership fees:
Unioo differentiates based on how often membership fees are charged. The fewer times per year a fee is charged, the lower the total fee—similar to a "bulk discount."
Monthly membership fee: DKK 3.70
Quarterly membership fee: DKK 5.70
Semi-annual membership fee: DKK 7.70
Annual membership fee: DKK 9.70
Tickets:
For tickets, there is a flat, fixed fee per ticket.
Ticket sales: DKK 8.00 (flat fee)
When purchasing tickets, MobilePay can be used. This incurs an additional 0.99% fee for the association, calculated based on the ticket price + the DKK 8 administration fee.

Payouts
Membership fees: Funds are released from our account every Thursday and typically reach your account within a few days.
Membership fees collected are stored in a secure holding account with Unioo. Every Thursday, Unioo releases the collected funds, meaning the money is held for a maximum of one week. For example, if you collect fees on a Friday, the funds will be paid out on the following Thursday (six days later).
Note! The exact time for the funds to reach your account depends on your bank. This means that the funds do not arrive on Thursday itself—Thursday is simply the day we send them.
Ticket sales: Funds from ticket sales are generally released three days after the event and scheduled for transfer the following Thursday.
Note! Just like with membership fees, the transfer time may vary depending on your bank.
